creating hydrogen from water to fuel cars?

by admin on July 23, 2010

I saw a youtube video where the guy used limited electricity to do it. It just seems that this method if it works would cut out the oil/energy companies, thus it will never happen.

yes and that’s exactly what they don’t want because then the rich ba*tards will lose money that they didn’t need in the first place

It won’t happen (at least for a few decades) because there are too many problems with it. For example, the energy required to break the atomic bonds in water, the need for platinum in fuel cells, and the complete lack of transportation and storage infrastructure for hydrogen gas. See the link below for further details.

ya, it would work so well, all u do is split hydrogen and oxygen with electricity, then use hydrogen 4 cars, and put the oxygen in the atmosphere, which would reverse global warming

It’s already started in Southern california..and in a few years will be everywhere a honda dealership is..

Neither the oil/energy companies nor anyone else will have to worry, because he’s lying. There’s no way to lower the amount of energy required to dissociate water. If there was, we wouldn’t get much energy back when we burned the hydrogen and oxygen.

His instrumentation is faulty, and chances are he’s fooling himself as much as he’s fooling his viewers–he very likely believes he’s discovered something, but he hasn’t.

The real problems for these guys start when they decide to try selling stock. That’s when the state attorney-general begins to take an interest, and I suspect that we’ll be seeing the first prosecutions toward the end of this year.
